I have been a client of the Arnold Zippel law offices for well over a decade, and I have two observations that I think are most salient as I review the practice. 1. Mr. Zippel: Obviously extremely bright, generous with his time and really knows the ins and outs of tax and estate planning. 2. The law office is professionally run as evidenced by prompt service, courtesy, and effective results. In addition, my impression is that his staff is happy to work in the environment he has established. Over the years I have seen employees from a wide range of backgrounds, and everyone I have interacted with personally have been capable, efficient and courteous. No reservations on my part.

We have been clients for over 20 years and have had wonderful assistance with a whole variety of issues!
And I am not sure why the office shows up with one star when there are multiple 5 star reviews and a single one-star review (which appears to be from a disgruntled job applicant 5 years ago!) We were having difficulties with our taxes due to a problem created by our Financial Advisor. Arnold was able to negotiate with the IRS to reduce the amount of tax the IRS indicated we owed and waive a $2,000 penalty. Great staff and location near to our work place.
