Top notch lawyer. He literally and figuratively wrote the book. His experience on both sides of the fence make him a force to be reckoned with. He's all about business. If you try to BS him, he will pull your card. I have nothing but the utmost respect for this man and if you spend a minimum of 5 minutes in his presence and don't feel the same way, YOU are the problem. Highly recommend this gentleman. I have had the privilege to work with Mr. Mahaney for a little under a year. Mr. Mahaney is very knowledgeable and dedicated to providing the finest defense for his clients. Mr. Mahaney is an expert in DUI defense, has written books on the subject and has spent many hours of his personal time to educate himself on the science and methodology of testing.

Mr. Mahaney is selfless in his pursuit of a fair trial and justice for his clients. I find that he is not afraid to challenge the officers and prosecution, his relentless search for the truth has forced local departments to pay attention and seek further training in pre-arrest protocols, field sobriety testing, excessive force and due process.

in 2010, I had a weird ticket (minor and obscure infraction) in Alabama that had a mandatory court appearance, and due to stupidity, I didnt show up to court (I live in Florida and didn't know that I could retain a lawyer to go). My license was suspended and I had a Failure to Appear and a huge problem. For a reasonable price, Mr. Mahaney fixed my case and got me back my drivers license and put an end to an ordeal!
