Neda is a good divorce attorney, but her staff is a revolving door. Unless you have very deep pockets she will only show up once. She leaves her staff of incompetent employees to cover your case. I employed her office for a little over a year with serious issues and got nowhere. Like I said Neda is a bulldog but her staff leaves a lot to be desired and I couldn’t afford their short comings for her office to finish my case.

I have been very pleased with Ms. Aguirre and her law office. I had 2 other lawyers for my divorce case prior to Ms. Aguirre and she excelled where they fell short. She and all of her staff are incredibly professional and I feel that they represented me in a way that addressed all of my concerns. They counseled well and managed my expectations in a way that made me feel heard and validated. I truly felt like they cared about my matter and their attention to detail and thoroughness was evidence of that. If you want representation that you can depend on and truly fight for you, then I could not recommend the Law Office of Neda Aguirre more.

I so recommend Neda, she is a wonderful, passionate, knowledgeable, human being. Our experience was professional and encouraging. She was so understanding, compassionate and did not take advantage of us financially. She was half the price of our previous attorney Sharon Tate , who was horrible to work with. Neda, brought our case to an end and we are so happy to deal with an attorney who is professional and not verbally abusive as Sharon Tate was. I completely recommend Neda to anyone going through a custody battle. She’s passionate, hard-working, very knowledgeable and Professional Great to have on your side!

Working with this firm was great and ideal for my situation. With the experience and background they have it was meant for me to be at this firm. I was fighting a custody battle in family court which resulted in a 50/50 agreement between me and the opposing party. What you want in a legal firm is to feel as if they care about your case and I can tell you they definitely do. Working with every portion of their firm was ideal and fast from Shane, Mr.Adame, Megan, Edward, and Neda Aguirre. They have knowledge of the court system, what local judges look for, evaluators, and other opposing tactics other firms may use to win in these situations. Please use this firm if you really want a group of people who will have your back during this hard time.

I sought Neda's firm for a civil matter and having had some experience with retaining attorneys for Family Law it was such a shock to finally be listened to, heard and understood. Her office staff are impeccably professional and responsive. Neda takes the center stage with confidence, intelligence and appropriate application of the law with careful navigation of the case. Balancing that with kindness, her genuine interest in her clients was such a refreshing change as she made me feel like a person instead of another request for order on her desk. I saw a great deal of humanity in her which I have seen lacking in other attorneys with whom I've worked with in my family law matter. I pray the day won't come but know it will someday when I have to deal with some finishing business on one family law matter we have left and definitely would call Neda again in a heartbeat to request her at the helm again. Highly recommend!

I really liked my experience with Neda and her whole office. She is the attorney you'll work with, but for the most part you'll work with the paralegals. I LOVED her paralegal, Edward. I loved him! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, understanding, had a kind and soothing voice to help with the times when the stress really kicks in, because we all know family law comes with a ton of anxiety and stress. Attorneys are NEVER cheap, but Neda was less per hour than all the others I had meetings with first. I had a lot that came along with my case, while it was still expensive, in the case of my legal fees, I think I came out ok. I also want to talk about how Neda seemed to really care about the kids involved more than the feelings of us parents. Not to say she doesn't care about us, but she makes it clear how bad she feels for the kids involved and how important it is to get what is best for them. That is really important, especially as I look back. While we absolutely want to win our cases, she will also be pretty upfront and almost blunt about what is best for the kids. In the long run, that will be what saves money, because she know what the judges will want and be looking for, so there won't be as much need to be in and out of court. While being matter of fact and blunt may seem like something we don't want in an attorney, it really is good because we typically are so wrapped up in hurt and anger during these types of cases, so we don't always look and the full picture to know what is best for our kids. She has a lot of experience in other areas of Law as well, so that will help if the parent you're going to court with has had past issues with the law.

I consulted with multiple attorneys when I was considering a lawyer for my custody/visitation case. When I spoke with Neda for my consultation, she was the only one that I felt was on the same page as I was and ready to fight for me. She is a great balance between aggressive and compromise. Multiple times she would tell me she would say/fight for whatever I wanted, whether she thought I would be awarded that or not. Ultimately, I chose Neda because she had the same reactions/mindset to the events of my case that I had, whereas, other attorney's were eager for me to settle.
There is risk when hiring a lawyer no matter which lawyer you hire. I had to go with my gut and how I felt when I consulted all of the attorneys and at the end of the day I felt the best with Neda. I am glad that I chose her, she was the best attorney for me and my case.
