We used this service today for a mediation. The mediator was unprepared, had not read the material our attorney had sent him prior to the meeting and chose a very poor opening mediation/negotiation strategy. We believe he lost control of the process within the first 15 minutes. We admit conditions for the mediation were tough and a resolution would not be easy. But he lost control so fast, and the process deteriorated from there and whatever chances there were for a successful mediation were lost. He was knowledgeable in his topic but his skill display and execution left a lot to be desired. We would not use this mediator again, nor recommend him to our friends.
