I went through this process twenty years ago and I didn't need to reach out to a paralegal for updates. I worked directly with my lawyer who kept me updated. If I don't reach out to Isabel's team (we only have access to her paralegal) I don't hear from them. Signing an agreement in Aug 2024 they were quick to reach out that the remaining quarter of payment was due in April 2025 before we interview and wouldn't have a call to discuss the interview until payment was made. WTH? I can't recommend this firm, at the price we paid we could have gone with any immigration law firm in UT. We chose them because of the great reviews but that hasn't been our personal experience. At every step we had to reach out to them first.

I called their office in the hopes of arranging a consultation for some immigration questions. The employee that I spoke with (Jordan) was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite, and was able to answer all of my questions immediately on the phone. Not only that, as this is part of their 'free assessment consultation' policy they didn't ask any payment for their expertise.

I also initially called one before during a holiday closure and appreciated that they reached back out via text to follow up to see if I was still in need of their help. I was very impressed and very glad I chose this office. I would recommend this as your first stop for legal immigration help - they seem to be a model of how customer-service-oriented law office should be run!
