Eileen McGuire and staff are very caring. The people that posted anything negative have never even met her. She has done our living will ( trust) and helped us when my father suffered a stroke. We needed legal advice for my mom and his estate. She’s wonderful, caring and a great lawyer. If you need a lawyer, she’s honest and has a great network of referrals if she doesn’t cover your exact issue.

Not my experience. Just a citizen aware of the fact that this office is in favor of abusing their authority, and violating constitutional rights. I don’t throw those words around without understanding what those mean. It’s dangerous when law makers and lawyers forget that the judicial system sets legal precedent. It’s also sad when they don’t care. Fear is not an excuse to create compulsory laws against individual citizens’ free choice. If people don’t want to get sick at restaurants/businesses- THEY can choose not to go to them. Business owners are two/three months behind on rents, mortgages, etc. have climbing debts and have to dive into it more just to reopen anyway. They’re not making light of the situation. But people like this lawyer, threatening to arrest and/or fine a constitutionally protected citizen is an ethical violation. You’re doing it based on no crime, but on the basis of your subjective moral superiority complex. Google better not remove this. This type of feedback is the only way we can record the actions of others and make an impact for future people. Let them take the information and decide. You know, like any other FREE person in this country.

It is unfortunate that this law office was flooded with 1 star reviews following a measured response to a political stunt. Eileen and her staff do incredible work and malicious google ratings fueled by ignorance should not be indicative of what to expect from this office.

After reviewing the letter for this lawyer wrote to the owner of the Wickenburg Horseshoe Cafe and threatening the owner with fines and arrest for opening her restaurant despite the Governor’s illegal orders. This lawyer should actually review the United States Constitution and maybe apply them to her practice. Avoid at all cost! I only gave 1 star because the system made me give a star to post this review.

Would you please tell the Governor that virologists now advocate that we return society to normal quickly while sheltering the immuno-compromised? 96% of people survive an infection, 4% die. 80% of that 4% are elderly with co-morbidity. Meaning that if you are healthy you have a 99.992% chance of surviving CV19. Coming out of lockdown slowly prevents the spread of the disease and actually will end up killing more elderly people than if everyone catches the disease quickly. The lock down was done to flatten the curve. Now if people catch it, there will be plenty of medical facilities to handle them. Now we need everyone who will survive the disease to catch it and become immune. Then the elderly immuno compromised can come out of quarantine and not get it because no one can give it to them. Please inform the governor that a slow return from lock down will only keep the disease around longer and in the end kill more elderly people. I gave you five stars in the hopes that you are smart and understood this. Thank you in advance.

This so called lawyer doesn't know anything about constitutional law or the civil rights of Americans. She is threatening jail time on citizens exercising their constitutional rights. She needs to be reminded that constitutional rights come first and no state or city official has the right to suspend or deny them.
