Please, please, please listen to ME! Personal experience..DO NOT USE Charles Grile law firm to represent your case! Very misleading throughout the process, unorganized, unprepared and charges for services not rendered as stated on final invoice, but billed to you! Both, Linda and Charles NEVER respond back to your phone calls, messages or emails accordingly in a timely manner. Always taking frequent leave of absence from the court. Worst representation in the Savannah area! Run and do not look back! Awful, Awful, Awful corrupt law firm! This is based on my own judgment and experience. With our case, Mr. Grile did not present any of the convincing evidence as provided, failed to fill out and submit the proper paper work for the child to speak with the judge. I could go on and on, but I’ll save that for my memoir. This a true story that flipped our world and our young boys life in the wrong direction. Please do NOT let this happen to you, remember this as a warning!

Where do I even begin, Mrs. Linda and Mr. Grile had their arms wide open when I came to them with my custody battle. They worked and worked so hard on all of the trials I had. We were in court for going on 3 years. First had a jurisdiction issue, and then custody after that. Mr. Grile fought hard for my daughter and I both in every trial. He stood his ground and knew his knowledge. Mrs. Linda makes you smile even when you’re going through a tough time, in my case, custody. They have become family, when working as close as they do with you. If you’re looking for someone to fight for you or your family just as hard as you do this is the right attorney for you!

This attorney agreed a certain sum of money would take us to court, we got all the evidence and did all the digging for him before hand basically doing his job for him. He was very forgetfull the whole time, he never gave us any billing statements and in the end gave a ridiculous amount he claimed we owed him he most certainly could not have done that much work for when we never even went to court and he would have charged more. When we asked him to dismiss our case he refused to even try leading to us doing it all ourselves. This guy is a fraud and scam artist you can do better than him

Hands down Mr. Grile is the BEST. He is honest and knowledgeable. Without getting in too much details, this wasn’t your normal divorce case. The cards were severely stack against us. I answered the complaint myself, the wrong thing to do. I made a mess of it. Somehow Mr. Grile turned it around, I am very please with the results. Thank you again for your hard work and working extra hard to ensue our success. Money well spent!
