He is absolutely by far the worst attorney I have worked with. He gets butt hurt super easy, gets beat by the worst attorneys in court, can't negotiate to save his life, is extremely dishonest, has no problem running up the bill on your dime, doesn't know the code, gives you encouragement in the beginning and leaves you out to dry at the end.

There are pages and pages of things I can say about Brent but, suffice it to say that he is awful in every single way!

If you want satisfactory results, DO NOT HIRE BRENT CHIPMAN!

Unfortunately, I have needed Brent's help for several years and would not go anywhere else. As is claimed on the website, Brent is aggressive, organized, realistic, and a diplomatic negotiator. My only regret was not using Brent sooner. My original divorce attorney left some gaps in my case and wasn't as knowledgeable, aggressive nor experienced as Brent. This mistake cost me a few tens of thousands of dollars before Brent came into the picture. Had I originally used Brent, I know that every detail would have been covered and that I would have been protected much better. He came with a stellar recommendation, jumped into the middle of my case and got me through the large barriers that I faced. He is the best!!!

I know divorces aren't generally a good experience however, once I was referred to, and met with Brent, I felt a HUGE weight lifted from my mind.

He is extremely knowledgable, professional, ethical and goes to bat for you quickly and aggressively. It was an excellent experience to say the least.

He was able to get my divorce settled and finalized in record time. I'm very happy with the results and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Brent was a great support to me during the divorce and kept me focused on the big picture. Very knowledgeable and an incredible resource. He was responsive and direct and didn't put up with any BS. Divorce is such a nasty mess, there is is no replacement for experience.

He did nothing for me in fact cost me my child rather than defending me at all COST MIND YOU I have to hire a new reliable attorney to hopefully get me my son back the problem with Brent is he had a great defense did nothing with it I spent over 4,000 and still lost my son I DO NOT RECCOMEND
