When negotiations failed 3 months ago, he Wouldn’t start a complaint to take action in a court settlement as I instructed him to take it to court. It’s probable treble damages will be awarded.

In the 6 months when he took on the case, not 1 statement was ever sent, even asking for multiple times. Upon termination he milked the entire retainer fees. I asked what refund I would be given on last call. A week later sent an invoice dated 16 days before it was sent. Not the type of attorney I was expecting.
