Lord I know they glad they are done with me? what a crazy ride with them! But it was all worth it in the end. Thank you all for the hard work you all put in on my cases! I have used this Law Firm for years and they are the absolute best! Mr. Larsen is very professional but also makes you feel just like family. Lori is awesome! Mr Larsen was very nice up front and then his office staff were very rude almost to the point of threatening me with my car. I have tried four times to talk to Mr Larsen and each time they have said he will call me back and has not. They have lied to the IRS about my income and thus causing me to get a letter stating I lied on my tax return. I was already having a break down with everything I had been having to deal with and now I am having the same problems. I have an appointment with Mr Larsen onThursday and I bet when I get there they will say that he had an emergency. So I will be firing them and that is something I can do especially if your lawyer does not return your calls and is giving misleading information.

Liah's attitude is disgusting. Rude and out right disrespectful is not the attitude you need when handling customer issues or concerns. Mr. Larsen, you were nice to me but the team you have representing you definitely won't get you recommended. Even though my case has been paid for and discharged, it is still your job as my attorney and those who help at his office, to not only hear my concerns but to actually care and want to make sure certain things do not happen again. When I sat down with Mr. Larsen I was told that as soon as the paperwork is filed that no one is allowed to contact me. That it is violating the automatic stay and the discharge injunction, both of which prohibit them from calling. So when I call you repeatedly after continued harassment from a creditor, the last thing I want to hear you say is "It's not my job or any of my concern".

BANKRUPTCY IS HARD!

Filed chapter 13 a year ago to stop collection on a judgment. I had been sued more than once from mistakes made in a previous relationship and felt like I was drowning! With the help of Larsen Law I converted my case to a chapter 7 in November 2018. While waiting on my discharge I’ve been able to buy a BRAND NEW car, was approved for an UNSECURED credit card to help rebuild my credit and my credit score is already up and in the high 600s! Bankruptcy is not for everybody and is by no means.. easy, but Larsen Law made this experience well worth it! Bankruptcy has a bad reputation, I use to think it was rock bottom and struggled for years trying to stay afloat. Because of Lori and John, I got a fresh start and finally have peace of mind. I’m well on the road to financial security and stability!
