They do not believe in Justice. The judges here are unjustified within their actions and decisions. If you ever have to go to court as a person of color, unless you are spending the money they want you will not get a fair trial. There is no checks and balances within the judicial system and the center do not stand for anything but corruption with the clerks. The DA office is right about the clerks and the public defenders only serve the DA. No one in the clerk office or Justice system wants constitutional rights to be respected.

My mom said if ya don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all. Murderers, thieves, liars, abusers and downright mean spirited people that want to really destroy someone. That's just the police department in every town, city and all of Larimer county these are the people that are looking out for your loved ones. Pray they, your loved ones never run into one of these in a dark alley. If evidence doesn't say what they want, they make it say exactly what they want. Appearances is not always what they seem.

Traffic courts ridiculous.they will put a warrant out if your late no matter if your coming from 2 hours away or two mins. Then they just let you leave just so you have to come back. Guess there trying to meet quota.

I was called for jury duty and the jacket I happened to throw on was my gym jacket and it had a small gym lock in a chest pocket that I forgot about. I don't have a car so when I arrived, I passed through security and got stopped, I remembered the lock and tried to explain to the security guy that I forgot this was in the pocket and that I don't have a car to stash it in. He proceeded to tell me that a lock was considered a weapon (which I understand) and that I had two options
1. To go outside and hide it under some rocks or something
2. Let them confiscate it.
I asked if I could get it back after the jury if they confiscated it, the guy said no.
If you have the authority to confiscate things then why the hell can't you take something small like this and just confiscate it until the jury is over. I don't understand and it was so frustrating. I can't even imagine the rage I would have if it was something more valuable than a gym lock that i have to just bury under some rocks outside. Screw that!

Carol Lewinsky was my juge and she isn`t lisining to any injustices or voilation of human rights or amendments of our constitution.
She doesnt know the law.
You cannot use double jepordy you cannot arest some one based off suspition.
Be aware that you do not have to submit blood test or give your name to a officer sucurity now have the right to arest you.
Keep in hiding buy lawyers get ready for global prosocution seperation of the poor.

I've been here multiple times because of my nasty divorce. The ladies in the clerk's office are very helpful and patient with my needs everytime. This has become like second home to me. Hopefully my divorce will be finalized so I can get on with my life.

Very brusk and somewhat disrespectful to citizens there to conduct business. They automatically assume you are there for a criminal matter and act accordingly. Poor example of public service and basic manners, and the clerk's office act as if they are late for dinner and you are a n obstacle to them getting home.

My questions were answered in the self help center but the staff member that assisted me was pretty condescending. I'm sorry, I'm a nurse, not an attorney. That's why I came to you for help. Please don't make people feel stupid when they are having difficulty understanding the process
