When I first met with Mike, he was very kind, thoughtful, and quickly likable. My then-husband at the time thought we should retain an attorney for a home purchase in Berkeley. We were already in escrow, and the inspections of the house I was informed, were comprehensive and we had signed the documents agreeing to purchase. Long and short of it there was a non-disclosure that, according to Michael, after finally hearing about it from my ex, was nonnegotiable and within two days got us out of escrow and recouped our entire deposit. I have not had much experience with Attorneys, above all seasoned litigants, but Mike is the best there is. Even my then spouse said the same thing, and he has much more experience with Attorneys than I.
