I contacted LA Law Center for a legal matter for my elderly parents. Kathy was so great in helping me with my mom's insurance issues. She's very personable, quick to respond and gave very detailed clear instructions on things I should do that saved so much trouble for me. I highly recommend their service to anyone who needs legal advice. They are not in the business for profit only unlike so many other law firms. You can trust them fully, which means everything to me. They are also very reasonable with their fees. Another thing that is very lacking in the law business. Give Kathy a call. She is really great!

More of a telemarketer feel here than a law office as our initial meeting was in the open with the entire staff listening. Also got the feeling Joseph McHugh didn’t value the business of a mixed couple, as he never followed up with us after our family trust consultation. Keep shopping around.

I cannot recommend Kathy and Diana at L. A. Law Center more strongly! They did an Irrevocable Trust and a MediCal application for my 92 year old mother. Kathy walked me through the trust process, and made it easy. I received the completed document in a folder that was so organized and easy to follow. My banker even commented that the presentation was the nicest he had ever seen. And, Diana was awesome taking me through the MediCal process. She was on top of everything, every step of the way. These two women were so outstanding... and really smart. Every time I had a question, they were always easy to contact, and they were ALWAYS had the answers.

LA Law Center provides the highest quality professional service in the field of elder law. My father had only a hand written will. Joe got a will written, set up a living trust, and made sure I had the documents to take care of my father medically and financially as he aged. When my father passed at age 96, LA Law helped us with the remaining trust issues. Joe Kathy, and Marianna all provided knowledgeable and friendly service. All phone calls were answered, appointments were easily arranged, and problems solved. Their help saved my sanity in the last years of my father's life and upon his passing. I live in the Pacific Northwest and needed a firm I could rely on without my being in the vicinity to follow-up. I highly recommend this firm.

My wife and I drove 1 1/2 hours to meet with Joseph McHugh regarding setting up a trust for our family. We met with him in an open office, with open doors, discussing our confidential matters. His office was more like a telemarketers room than a lawyers with staff listening in on our entire conversation. After supplying him with copies of our sensitive documents, he committed to getting back to us the following week & setting up our family trust within 2 weeks. However, he never called us back. Additionally, he never returned any of the eight messages we left for he and his staff. In our opinion, his professional conduct is both disappointing & disgraceful. We recommend avoiding L.A. Law Center.

I got into a mild accident recently.

I got some whiplash and woke up with headaches a couple days later. I had the person who hit me’s insurance information, but I knew I needed a lawyer as well.

I called around some other firms, but they didn’t return my calls or didn’t think it was that important to take on.

I saw LA Law Firm on Google while searching. I inquired over email and they called me that day, taking time to listen to my situation. They took time to get to know me and wanted me to feel welcome.

We’re still in the consultation phase. There is a case it turns out, and they can get my car repaired too.

I’m very happy with the familiarity of the law and what my steps are. I am comfortable and can’t wait to win this case.
