I've revised my original 1 star review to 3. I called to add a vehicle and it was answered by Kurt. He got my new policy in place that day and emailed me temporary cards and also text to make sure that I had received the email. While this is great customer service I will also leave my original review up to see why I've only brought it to three stars.
Called for a quote and talked to an agent that said she would gather information and get back to me later that day. I never got a call back. I call and left a message and still did not get any response. I'm not a new customer, I've used State Farm for Auto insurance for 20+ years and home for about 15 years.
