Nancy and Joseph were incredibly helpful and friendly. We needed to ship skis and other packages to Ohio when our airline cancelled flights, and they expertly guided us through the process - and even coordinated with my office back home to make sure everything was being done correctly. Honestly the nicest people. I bought a ticket for a show but admission required a printed copy, but I'm about a thousand miles away from home. I stopped in and told them my situation, so he told me to just email it to them and they'd print it no problem. We chatted about my trip and the show I'm seeing, he was genuinely interested and kind. Once the ticket was printed I asked how much I owed and he said not to worry about it, it would be a gift from them while I was in town. Absolutely unreal, so nice.
I don't print things often, but next time I do I'd be willing to drive the thousand miles just to have these guys do it again.

I have had many good experiences there, but my most recent one was not. I did an order over the phone. My husband picked it up. A small portion of the order was not there. I did not realize this right away as my husband came home in the evening. I checked it the next day and realize that I was missing things. I called the store. And I did not receive very good customer service. I was made to feel as though I did something wrong. Or that my husband lost part of the order. Which is certainly not the case we looked all over, checked all through both of our cars. This was very disappointing as my previous experiences were really good. In the end they did replace what was missing but I cannot change how I feel about how I was treated and spoken to.

An update to my review for the product that was replaced. One of the forms that I ordered. Ended up being incorrect. Very very disappointed.

Owner, I understand your response to my review, but on that your preference, as for me to come into the store. I inquired if you could do that and put together an order for me. You did not say that you couldn’t you went ahead and did it. But I did not receive everything in the first place. I understand that you were adamant that you put it in the bag, but that is not what I received. I do very much appreciate that you did get me more forms. But the one form was a carbon copy form. I just think I would agree to disagree and good luck to you in the future.

The people are friendly, helpful, smart and kind. Exactly what I want from any store's workers. Every time I go in there, I feel like I've supported a good company. They even try to get me the best deal by sending me to their competitors. I love seeing this integrity in GC.
