Horrible housing department, compliance manager that does not understand compliance, a housing supervisor illegally served my 14 year old minor a legal document and even put the 14 year olds name on it, I have been served non stop eviction threats although I’ve paid my bills on time and even in advance and have been clean and compliant the entire term of my lease. Maintenance department has left main areas as well as personal living areas in dangerous conditions, while also damaging personal property and not taking responsibility for it. When selecting tenants they are bias and put their employees before members of the community, while advertising those units as available. They are corrupt and I would NOT recommend them to my worst enemy.

Stop in at the office. The cell phone does not always work. When I went in everyone was very helpful. I felt better than when I went in and got more help than I was looking for.
