We used King & King because of our experience with them over 15yrs ago when they did my father's estate planning. Now it was our turn. My husband and I went to them to do our own estate planning. They took their time explaining every detail and also suggesting some things we never thought of. No pressure. Very patient, thorough, and professional.

Great law office for adjusting a living trust. Mr. King will assist clients with mild dementia if the client provides written instructions or has a family member convey instructions on omitting or changing the hierarchy of Trustees/POA. Highly recommended!

We are here in Merced and we were in charge of our mother's trust, but siblings wanted something else. King and King obviously went along with their poisoning ways to turn our mother, against us, who we've taken care of for over 20 years. I came to Mr King with my concerns of what my siblings were doing. IE: Stealing from the trust, stealing from bank accts. But I asked him how can I be a good Successor for my mother when I was now facing such opposition with trying to do my duties for my mothers best interest? Mr. King told us to work it out and discuss things out with the OUT OF TOWN siblings who NOW Question what I and my family have done for over 20 years to care for our mother. It is apparent you DO NOT follow the guidelines you quoted to me, and have gone along with the lies and deceit they have told you. MR. KING you can know this my mother will not make it very long in this world, because you allowed my siblings who NEVER DID ANYTHING dictate the rest of my mother's life. Now the siblings in Texas, Nebraska, and Washington can figure out how to take immediate care of our mother. Their goal is to get rid of mom, cash out, and move on. Thanks to you Mr. King and King, they will succeed...

Keith and Larry King basically know everything needed to support families through legal problems when parents are aging or have Alzheimer’s. I don’t know what I would have done without them. They also helped me set up my own will and trust so my daughter won’t have trouble when I get older. The kings are good people.
