I've contacted them multiple times over several months and have never gotten any call back or help. I have even been there in person and been told I would be contacted about my case and haven't been. It is sad that they aren't contacting people who are deeply in need of their help. My options are limited because I cannot afford a retainer with any family lawyers in Bowling Green.

As a disabled elderly person, I had great hopes for some help with another agency. I called, and was told I’d get a callback by an advocate assigned to my case. Never happened. I called several more times, but no one ever called back, except once. They let it ring twice, and unfortunately, being elderly and slow, they hung up before I could pick up my cellphone. I called back immediately, explained to the receptionist who said, once again, that I’d get a callback in the next 48 hours. She acknowledged that they only let it ring 2 or 3 times because they were very busy.

I've contacted the attorney multiple times and the receptionist said she left her a message as well and she never got back with me at all. No effort was made to help.

Nobody ever answered the phone and when I did get someone, they would transfer me and have the call drop or someone hanging up on me. I left multiple voicemails but I never got a call back from them.

Call Kentucky legal aid, thankfully I got it on recording because I well I keep everybody on speakerphone, do not call these people if you have a civil case they will not help you, if you have a horse matter they will not help you, if you have a civil case that deals with horses they will not help you, there is no pro bono attorneys that work in civil lawsuits involving horse cases in KY, and if you are on social security SSI SSDI ECT the Kentucky legal aid will not help you,

Terrible experience had to practically beg. Had zero interest in my case rude tell him the truth and how you feel. Well Sam lowe will just close your case even when I asked for a supervisor or another Attorney unbelievable wonder why people snap. If anyone does read these please call me

I have been trying to get help for a few months now, and never get a callback. Unless it's from a supervisor, but still without a lawyer ....it's hard when you're already going through such a rough time, jumping through hoops and still getting no where! I'm not one to complain but I can't catch a break, even when there's resources for help, it seems near impossible to receive it!
