I can’t speak highly enough of Kelly. He is an EXCEPTIONAL attorney, with vast experience, and expertise.

I would not have won the settlement I did without his, creativity, knowledge of insurance law and the loopholes.

He has the patience to get insurance companies to bend and play ball.

Unlike the countless TV firms— you actually work with HIM.

Ever wondered how Frank Azar handles so many cases? Because HE doesn’t, lol. You probably wouldn’t even see him, much less have him work on your case. They hire hundreds of paralegals who do all of the work (paralegals DO a lot of the legwork for ANY attorney, but you don’t meet with them!) These are known as “Settlement Mills”.. U.S. Reports: Bates v. State Bar of Arizona, 433 U.S. 350 -This Supreme Court ruling in 1977 is why the TV firms are allowed to do what they do.

When a TV attorney says they got Joe Shmoe a million dollars—that has nothing to do with THEM—They can only get you as much as the at fault party & your own auto insurance limits combined are. Kelly did something for me that most attorneys wouldn’t have thought of to get me more than those limits—I won’t share what, and not everyone is eligible…But, go to him and if you ARE, he will get it for you, too!

It is also very important to remember that these cases often take a long time, depending on the situation of your accident/injury.. Settlement Mills “churn & burn”, and once they have settled your case, that is it. No do overs.
