Received a letter from this place telling me I owed $92 for a parking notice. I’ve never heard anything about this until now and was just calling to try and get clarity on the situation. The person I spoke with on the phone (can’t remember his name, not sure if he said it) was extremely rude for no reason and was not helpful at all. I have never received attitude like that from a service provider. All I was trying to do was understand why I had a parking notice in the first place but this person rushed me off the phone and was also very combative. Please remind your phone operators to be professional and not so aggressive.

I paid for 3 hours of parking, stayed parked for too long, and got a ticket. I then completely forgot to pay for the ticket and it went to collection. A month later I got a letter from this guy. Made the process super easy, all I had to do was scan and pay. Not sure why others are complaining so much and screaming scam (yes paid lots are kinda a scam sometimes with how expensive they are) but what this man is doing is nowhere near a scam. Thank you for making it easy to pay for the ticket instead of having to navigate terrible government websites.

100% scammer I have received a letter regarding parking charge which it was dispute. My only concern is how this guy found my information and address and the date and time that I parked my car in the parking lot
Update : to answer to your respond, this charge has been disputed and I have received an email says they agreed with that they send me a bill by the mistake. Yes knowing my exact date and time parking there is very scary. 😨

Dear Sir,
I am writing to respectfully inquire about a parking ticket I received while residing at Haslet, Texas. I understand that a ticket was issued, but I believe there may be a misunderstanding.
While in the United States, I received a notice from Parking Revenue regarding an unpaid parking charge. I had previously paid for the parking and submitted a receipt to dispute the initial charge. However, my dispute was denied, and a new reason was provided – a breach of contract.
I wish to clarify that I did not sign any contract with Parking Revenue. Furthermore, if a minor time overstay occurred, I was in my vehicle at the time, running the engine to charge my phone to ensure I could safely return home.
Given that I have since left the United States and do not plan to return, I kindly request your assistance in reviewing this matter. I am an honest and law-abiding individual and would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved.

I got one of these letters and disputed the charges. Was told my dispute was denied. I literally got permission to park from the property owner after spending $400.00+ at his business. What is funny on the picture you can actually see all the merchandise I purchased in the back of my truck. I guess that place lost a repeat customer. I was told the property owner didn’t have the authority to allow me to park. As a career law enforcement officer this feels like shady business practices . I hope the ambulance this dude chases doesn’t stop quickly he will slam into the back of it. I will be checking with Dallas PD tomorrow and filing a freedom of information request on the parking lot, business owner and any complaints on this “attorney”

Wrote us a ticket for staying past when we paid when we clearly didn't. They provided a photo that clearly wasn't our car and dinged our credit for not paying their fraud ticket.

Update: Daniel isn’t the enemy here, PRRS is. Daniel quickly responded to my email with assurance that the matter would be taken care of.

Parking scam letter with photos for a car that isn’t my make and model, has a front license plate (which my state doesn’t have) and is in Bellevue, WA which my car and I have never been to 😂 Same license plate number but everything else is wrong so they decided to just pick my state and my address and send me a ticket for someone
else’s mistakes. I disputed this ticket but still received this letter in the mail.

This law office is absolutely disrespectful. I received a letter about a parking violation and explained to them what occurred and that I was willing to make payment towards any violations to the lot. Robert hung up on me and proceeded to field my calls. Unprofessional and asinine. But you state in prior post people don’t call, or email for a resolution. Look at his responses. He doesn’t even care. Business name and rankings are all speaking poorly about him. Must be a horrid way to have your business and name regarded to the public. But you don’t care.
