Mrs. O’Gwin is the absolute best family lawyer around. She is fierce and she is dedicated. She goes well above and beyond! She covers ALL the bases and leaves no stone unturned. I cannot say enough good things about her. I highly recommend her!

Very disappointed! Annie was recommended to me so I checked her out with great reviews. However she definitely let me down...she let me know the DAY OF MEDIATION she had a conflict of interest with the opposite attorney. Very minimal communication. We met 2 times one to do a free consultation and then again to pay her. Little back story I was a stay at home mom for 4 years. The day I hired her I got a job. With that said when mediation came we were so very unprepared! And she forced me to take what was offered. Didn't even met with me before hand! She was not very interested in the case or what I had to say! Not working in 4 years I took on ALL THE RESPONSIBILITIES which is fine but then I had to pay off 2 of his bills for him. Not to mention anything I had to tell her or bring to the table she wanted a paper timeline then would tell me that's not going to work. She was definitely not the attorney she's chalked up to be! Never not once returned my phone calls to the point id sent several emails and wait a week for a response! Don't always go off reviews and word of mouth! Go with your gut!

Where do I start ! This is the best attorney in north Georgia ! Sarah the Paralegal is very helpful and understanding! She goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is nothing short of Phenomenal! She helped me understand the whole process step by step ! She done a lot of footwork that she didn’t have to do! She always calls you back or has Katie to if that’s what you requested! Mrs. Katie is phenomenal she listen to all your concerns , and desires! She also goes above and beyond to make sure she takes care of you to the best of her abilities! How many attorneys will get back to you within minutes of contacting them , not many! Wish I would have met these two wonderful people in another situation than having too hire theM , because they seem to be such great friends! I would not use another attorney if I had to go through anything else! Katie’s office is so wonderful! Thanks for the extra hard work y’all performed!

Katie really out did herself. She was worth every penny, stern but respectful and fair in the courtroom. She was aggressive when needed to be. Definitely felt like she was fighting for me. Highly Recommend! If I could give more stars I would.

Katie is one of two attorneys that I have involved with that I trust to do what she needs to do.
she has always been fair with me and is not afraid to tell you if you are wrong. She is very soft spoken in talking to her, but is a little tiger in the courtroom. I would recommend her to anyone for a divorce. be a man or woman, she will work for you in the same way. I consider her and he husband to be friends also. Love you guys.

Katie and Sara did an amazing job in my child custody case. I had a previous lawyer that did nothing I ask. When I did a consultation with Katie she was straight forward about how she felt my chances of winning my case were. It was a messy case but Katie represented me well and we were granted everything we ask for. They are not only professional they also both showed compassion when I needed it most.
