Had a good experience with our insurance lawsuit for Hurricane Ian and our lawyer Richard Leonardis. Got almost a full refund of all our costs and the commission was reduced. If I had one thing to suggest is that you should keep your clients better informed. If you tell us that a specific step in the process will take about a week and the deadline passes, make sure to inform your clients of the delay. I found that we had to regularly request an update ourselves if we were to find out anything.
