After finding they my previous attorney had lied and had stolen money from the estate I was referred to this organization for help. I was paired with an attorney who had just had surgery. He asked that I take care of a few things during his recovery. As the court date loomed closer I called and emailed him as asked to do so but received no response back. Just three days prior to the court date on Friday at 3:00 pm. He texted me telling me that his recovery was jot going as planned and let me know he would not be able to assist. I asked that the director be informed and he said he would do so but since it was so late he doubt the director would get the notification until Monday. I asked they he ask for a continuance and was denied. What I found odd was he sure wanted to let me know in writing that he could jot help at last second but could not simply ask for a continuance until another attorney be brought in. The Monday’s court appearance was a total blood.barb as I was unable to navigate the now “business” of probate law. The judge did not want to hear a word of it. I spoke to the director shortly their after and she explained I would need to go through the process of being matched with an Attorney. This process lasted a few weeks and I spoke to the director getting updates and then one week no return calls came. A few days later I received an automated type email telling me they would be unable to assist me and i should hire an attorney. The director returned no more calls and they simply disappeared. The entire process was unprofessional and while the gentlemen had a legitimate problem with his health and could have made the process a smooth one by asking for a continuance he did jot do so. Neither himself or the Justice Bridge appeared genuinely remorseful for the last minute notice and the subsequent hundreds of thousands of dollars in stolen, misprinted or unexplainable missing funds. The courts advise, contact the Mass Bar and report him. Oh great another toothless and private organization that collects fees from the same people they discipline in order to survive. Who has no prosecution power and has the right to disclose their disciplinary actions
And may actually never discipline anyone, but business continues. My mother is not a business and the money they worked their whole lives for has been bilked by shameless individuals and the ones who are here to help can’t even call you personally to apologize for not being able to help.

Horrible attorney consults so far, the problem is it looks like your getting a lot of older men who have no experience but tons of attitude because they got their law degree. IGNORANCE is forgivable and so is arrogance if your a good attorney but NOT IGNORANCE AND ARROGANCE. So while the price would be great, the sad reality is your not getting anything close to competence and will just be throwing your cash away. Im going to hang in there a while longer but from what ive seen if you have a shot with getting a chance of a passable attorney its going to be from a young kid graduating law school not the older middle age senior men who have an attitude because the got their law degree.
