I regretfully cannot recommend this place for your mailing needs. I had an important, small package containing priceless items from my late father that I needed to send to a family member. The package was already addressed and in a bubble mailer. The staff member who assisted me weighed it, quoted a price of nearly $9, and provided a receipt without offering any options for shipping. Unfortunately, I later realized there was no tracking number on the receipt. Given the cost, I had assumed tracking was included.

The package has now been lost in transit, and without tracking, there is no way to locate it. When I returned to the store to inquire, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses, essentially being told there was nothing they could do aside from suggesting I submit a USPS mail search.

What’s worse, their front area had piles of packages and mail lying around, easily accessible for anyone to take. Their unprofessional handling of packages is alarming. I’ve lost irreplaceable items because of their poor service and lack of care. I will not be using their services again and have advised friends and family to seek out more reliable mailing options.

It's really nice when the employees know you by name. Customer service is amazing. I ship all my items here. Easy pre-paid drop off or stop in and pay for postage. Drop for all, USPS, FEDX, UPS ect... No public restrooms. Handicapped parking and ramps.

Very nice friendly place, new ownership started about a year ago. It was very good, became even better. Thank you guys, and Gill thank you too.

I dropped a package off here a couple of weeks ago. The new owner took the package and placed it in the back. He did not scan the package while I was present. I assumed it was due to the amount of customers coming and going. 10 business days later my package still had not been scanned so I revisited the store twice since. The owner explained his process of accepting drop-offs and scanning them later when the carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) pick them up. He showed me an example of another package he scanned and marked it as accepted. I checked the tracking of the package he scanned right in front of me and sure enough, it showed accepted and timestamp. When I provided screenshots of my tracking number and the tracking link to view my package had not been scanned/accepted at drop-off, he advised me to contact the carrier and the business my package was being sent to. I do not advise dropping off any packages at this location as the owner does not scan the packages as accepted immediately and he may lose your package too.

I have been using Just Send It Postal for past 3 years and my mail packages are always properly scanned and shipped out fast. Postal store owner is very kind and professional person who always provide help to my mailing questions and quick to notify me of my return mail. I highly recommend people to use this postal store.

Amazing top tier service! I was able to get scans of my records done here which saved me time. I’ve also had several packages sent from this location, and the staff is always incredibly helpful and professional.

I went here randomly to get fingerprints for a new job. The woman that helped me was so nice and had such a beautiful spirit. I can’t wait until I need to mail something. I will come all the way here just because of her. People rarely even speak to me in businesses. She made me feel very welcome. I pray The Most High sends her peace and many blessings.
