I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at Joshua E. Palmer Law Firm. From the very beginning, communication has been a significant issue. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone calls, my calls were never returned. I have tried to find the physical location but it’s nowhere to be found. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark about the status of my case, especially when legal matters are time-sensitive and require clear updates.

A law firm should prioritize keeping their clients informed and supported, but this has not been my experience here. The lack of responsiveness and transparency has left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a client. I expected professionalism and dedication, but instead, I’ve been met with silence and disregard.

The accident was in September 2023 and I've been getting the run around ever since. This most recent stretch of no-contact is the longest...been calling once a month since Fall and always get the "they're not available" and "we'll leave a message" speech from the answering service. I have texted my point of contact and DM'd the company directly on Instagram as well. I have given up but it would've been nice to get an update.

They did take care of the friend that recommended me in the first place, so here's one star for that.

EDIT: I got a call immediately after this review and was told to check my DMs online. I did miss a response to my most recent DM on Feb 6, so I came here to update the review and be transparent about my error. Josh also said that they have called and emailed. I checked all my folders and see nothing.

We did have a lovely conversation and I made it clear that my concern is not winning or losing, but with the communication. I look forward to the outcome either way and appreciate the founder for reaching out.
