I was in need of legal counsel in regards to my rental lease agreement. Mr. Stengel answered his office phone on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled to see me Monday morning. I was warmly greeted by his staff and offered a seat in the nicely appointed reception area. Mr. Stengel came to personally welcome me shortly thereafter. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in summarizing the facts of my lease and in helping me understand how best to proceed. I appreciated his candor and honesty in laying out the facts. I own 8 rental properties in Denver, and have needed legal help twice over the past year. I found Joe simply by his web site.

He is very knowledgeable as to the tenant/landlord's legal responsibility to each other. His understanding of contract law has saved me a bundle of time and frustration twice, as I had two tenants that decided to squat illegally in my property. In today's world, that's not easy to remedy.

I love his style, and his communication skills are the best I've ever encountered. He becomes a member of your team, and figures the best legal remedy for you.

I find Joe to be much more concerned about getting results than with running his billing clock.

I could not feel like I'm in better legal hands and Joe will be my attorney foe life.

Called this afternoon with a couple of questions. I was met with rude dismissive answers as well as LAUGHED at by the attorney who's help I was seeking. I get that lawyers love to debate- but that shouldn't be the case regarding potential clients. Absolutely unacceptable conduct. I hope others are treated better than I was.
