My daughter got pinched for Reckless (+30mph) in Richmond and she didn’t tell me about it until she came out of her first court appearance crying. She found out that she could end up in jail. I immediately contacted Mr. David and from that moment, we knew we were in good hands. Mr. David gave my daughter directions on what to do before her next court appearance, which she followed to the letter. As a result of this and Mr. David’s knowledge of the law and the justice system, both the judge and the officer agreed to drop the charges. When I heard the news, it was as if a ton of bricks got lifted from my shoulders. Not to mention my daughter was relieved. Oh yeah, Mr. David put the fear of God into my daughter leading up to the court appearance, a learning moment put to good use. A little fatherly touch at no extra charge!
My daughter and I are very appreciative of what Mr. David was able to do on our behalf.
PS – I have known Mr. David (“Jon”) since high school (late 1980’s). Solid guy and a highly talented and experienced attorney. My first bit of advice is to stay out of trouble but if you find yourself on the wrong side of the law, Call Jon!
