He did answer one question I had. Wasn’t very reassuring during phone consult. Tried to scare me with legal speak to maybe convince me to not go it alone. I just wanted mediation help, but you have to spend $4000 to retain them, then $350 for every hour of mediation. I’ve spoken to Sergeant Majors who were more pleasant to speak with.
