I had contacted Susan as well as another criminal attorney in town for a potential misdemeanor I was facing. The other attorney pushed me off to a paralegal who deemed my charge was a misdemeanor in a matter of 2 minutes and then asked me for $1500…I felt immediately taken advantage of, hung up, and then called Susan whom I found off google and did not know prior to this. She answered the phone herself, which is an exceptional and rare quality to find in an attorney, and spent almost 30min on the phone with me to discuss what had happened. Not only did she advise me correctly in that my charge wasn’t a misdemeanor but she did research for me, and put me at ease all without asking for a penny.
