The only reason I am giving this place five stars is because of the last person I spoke with, Aman. He was very kind, patient, compassionate, understanding, and very knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to work with me and to answer my many questions. He helped me process a payment I needed and wanted to do. He was willing to process a complaint on the previous agents that were sending me in circles, refusing my payment to finish things off, stressing me out, talking down on me, etc. I’ll be requesting him directly the next two times I’ll need to call to complete the process of things and what not. They need more people like him in this field trying to pacify and help all involved. A true gem in a rough situation.

Mr. Aman was very understanding of my financial situation and did everything he could to help me with a debt I owed. He went back and forth with management, allowing me to fully explain my circumstances. I would like to give a 5 star review to this company and it's customer service. It is one of the best companies I've dealt with. They are helpful and very understanding. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I was only able to pay a small payment and it was nice that they agreed until I missed a payment due to a accident and ended up in the hospital. I made a payment the next month but shortly after they took the final steps and started garnishing my pay. Right at Christmas time! Things have been so hard for my kids and I already and this just made it so much worse. No one in their company told me how big of a deal it would be to miss a payment. I felt set up! The company really needs to inform their customers about how this works instead of having to learn the hard way. Had to pull my kids out of all activities, no birthday gifts for my girl turning 15, using food banks because we can't pay for groceries, etc. Not like they care. I'm in collections because of Covid and losing a good job because of it. I used credit cards to gets by and now this company has come after me. Now per the law taking 25% of what I make. Making it impossible to get by. The only company I've ever dealt with that took things this far and didn't work with me like others. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!
