They can notarize and take care of the county recording making them a super convenient one-stop shop. They explained everything patiently and thoroughly, and are terrific to work with. Their rates are competitive (better than the bigger shops), yet their high level of service and professionalism sets them apart in the industry. Inheritance dispute: My husband was full owner of the home. Hired him to protect our assets. Outcome: sypthazed with other side. We lost ownership of the home because he did not have the brother sighs a document that protected our interest, as we requested, when my husband deeded 50 % of the home to his brother. He lacked backbone and strength and did not fine us proper guidance. A waste of our money.
