Needed a ride from the airport so I called JoJo to schedule. He was great communicating. Showed up exactly on time. Our bags were delayed but he patiently waited for us, loaded the bags and safely got us home after being away for a month. Highly recommend this service. Thanks JoJo!

I feel like their rate is a little on the high side. But the driver I had (I had the same driver on two occasions) was able to keep an appointment. Fine airport service and good availability.

Today was the second yet last time they took another passenger along with me without even telling me before
The destination where the other passenger needed to go was way out of my way (I wanted to go to Newburgh and he was going to chaster)
Although I was the first ordering and getting in the car the dispatcher told the driver to go to the other one's destination first
Long story short, after sitting in traffic on a road that I wasn't supposed to be there I ended up riding over one and a half hours on a way that's supposed to take max 45 minutes
Trying to talk to the dispatcher she answered very rude and disrespectful saying "that's the way we do business
So next time...... No there's not going to be a next time! I don't understand why such a nasty business still exists
