These people are extremely ignorant to deal with and rude on the phone. I paid off a garnishment from a bill my ex wife never paid that I had no idea there was even a unpaid bill. They came after me with me not having a clue of any garnishment. Me, Not knowing there is a 20 day waiting period for the employer funds to be added to the balance. Instead of being nice to me and helping me with the case. She told me. That's what you get for not paying your bills and getting a garnishment with a smart a** tone in her voice. So there is 3 weeks of $350 from each check being pulled even know it's already over paid. It's making me financially screwed. It's Not even my bill. But my ex wife's. They didn't even garnish her wages or come after her. People are inconsiderate and don't care about other people's troubles especially knowing it wasn't even my bill or business. The way she handled my phone call with her sassy unprofessional words just makes this law office look bad. This isn't the first terrible review from this law office either.

I was really nervous after reading all the reviews, however, I had a very good experience with talking to them. The lady who answered the phone and Scott, the attorney, were very nice. I’m assuming all the bad reviews are just people who are angry about being sued, but that’s not the attorneys fault that they didn’t pay their bills.

Shannon Lynn needs to find a different profession. She was absolutely the most unprofessional human I have ever worked with. To call her snide and uncouth is a compliment for this piece of work. Learn better manners and do better Shannon

I tried to talk to a paralegal about getting a summons and I was calm and just trying to figure out what I need to do and she was right off the bat rude and condescending. I was even offering to pay a lower settlement to avoid court but she cut me off and said sorry I can't do that. So I guess I'm going to court to figure this out

These people are shady crooks. They acquired my debt , added an interest rate and then let it sit for 5 years then had my checks garnished three months before the debt becomes legally not collectable. Their tactics are shady and underhanded. No attempts to contact me at all. The receptionists and assistants are all blatantly rude and unhelpful as well as being un knowledgeable. If you have issues please file a report with the better business bureau and complain to the attorney general so that something actually happens to them as every review seems to be the exact same

CJ is the most unprofessional person I have communicated with. If this law firm is going to turn around, there needs to be a different person answering the phones. Even all the other reviews are the same.

plain and simple they are thieves. they neglected to inform us of a dismissal on our case until we sent yet another payment and now they won't refund our money . they literally said well we will just keep that money and then not worry about more payments AFTER a court said we DO NOT owe anymore.
crooks. and this was after they failed to include us at a hearing where they won a collection judgment against us that was almost triple the original debt. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Steer clear of these sharks ! Who in they're right minds sues on Christmas... these guys do !! This type of work
Disguists me ! At the end of the day what you do for $ isn't honest work it's stealing money from families that work hard to earn it. We all answer for it one day .
