Jim Terrell is a GREAT attorney!! I was referred to him by a friend/former client who also used his services and was completely SATISFIED!! Sloppy attorney! Courtroom ability was awkward and lacked basic procedural knowledge. Inept personable traits during my son's trial, appeared to offend jury members. Appeared to lack efficacy and empathy for the defendant. Would highly NOT recommend this attorney for ANY type of case, especially one before a judge. Ask to represent yourself if he is the last attorney. This is my opinion based on several days and many hours of observation and interaction.
