At first the secretary was very welcoming, understanding, & willing to guide us in the direction she felt could help us. We spoke to James Petty over the phone. Speaking to him he took time with us & was understanding, concerned, & scheduled a consultation right away. Upon arriving on our appointment date the building was an inconvenience to disabled people. (So, if you are handicap & have problems with stairs either do an over the phone consultation or meet on mutual grounds).
Luckily, for my loved ones that they had someone with them to assist them & speak on their behalf. Upon entering the office James was at lunch so, Paul Petty took the client to discuss the problems at hand. Mr. Paul Petty seemed to be understanding & was so willing to assist us in any way possible. It left us with some type of relief that day.
The next day more problems came up from the situation discussed in the office and we did what we were instructed to do, which was call the office with an update. An instead of speaking with James Petty, we got Paul Petty again. But, this time after explaining what just occurred before receiving a call Paul, seemed less concerned, he was rude, he seemed inpatient, & he even told us that," Our problems were gonna be a losing battle in the long run & waste of money." When I explaimed to him why it was so important he then went on to say, "I'm not gonna argue with you,"(hen I won't arguing nor was I even raisings my voice) & he then asked, " What do I hope to accomplish?", as if my situation doesn't matter.
He then caught an attitude & stated, " You don't need me then or this firm. Go & hire someone else. They have a ton of attorneys that could take your case ." Which at this point made me feel as if I wanted to break down & cry already being a victim of a huge scam.

I HAVE NO GUIDANCE & PAUL PETTY REALLY MADE MY FAMILY FEEL SO BAD & WONDERING IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT WE CAN TRUST LEGALLY IN OUR TIME OF NEED.
