When I was in a car accident Jackson Massey had a representative at my house the next day. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. They were responsive to all my questions throughout the process. Mr Massey not only called to check on me he also prayed with me. When the insurance company wanted to settle for one amount Mr Massey made sure I wanted to accept the offer or go back to the insurance company and request more. Jackson Massey & Associates have a wonderful staff. Sandie and Shay were great.
I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Massey and staff have been more than amazing in regards to my son and I situation. Not only were they professional, but urgent and on top of things regarding my case. Mr. Massey was very helpful and even gave me tips about some of the best name brand insurances that provide specific benefits that’ll help in the long run. When arriving to the office that AM Shay w/ Jackson was very welcoming and set the tone very well. She talked about her passion for the job as she gave us t- shirts and pens for our family.
