Paul was professional from beginning to end of the process of creating our living trust. We now have peace of mind that our affairs are taken care of if anything happens to us. He accommodated us when we requested our first meeting as in-person instead of over the phone. He answered all our questions so we felt comfortable with our decisions. He was also very timely in creating our living trust. I liked how he sent us staggered emails of the first drafts of our documents to review so we didn’t get overwhelmed with too many documents to review at one time. Overall, I recommend him if you need a living trust done right!

We were referred to Paul Hanks at Ironclad Living Trusts by a friend and so glad we went with him! We felt the cost was very reasonable and service super responsive. He even had the notary come out to the house (on a Saturday) to finish the process. The trust is very well set up and he caught something on our deed that could have very much cost us quite a bit. Attorney Paul Hanks provides an excellent service and a thorough estate plan. I contacted him by email, and within a couple of days, my trust was drafted and ready for review. I only had a few corrections. Otherwise, it was a well-drafted plan. I have read and researched estate plans and even talked to a few other places, and I have done one myself previously, but with my busy schedule, I want to make sure it is done correctly and recorded accurately. Atty Paul Hanks diligently worked on my estate plan in such a short time, but he was very detailed, knowledgeable, and reliable.
