Received a letter from this company threatening me over a payment made several weeks before. When I asked about it I was told that this letter must have been sent before I made my payment and was basically dismissed. NOT TRUE. Watch out folks! There are shady people in all places!

I have a payment system set up with this company For over a year payments made on time every month. Normally representatives are very pleasant.

Last week the bank shut down my card for fraud I contacted the office changed my bank account number with them to continue on time payments. Today I received a call from a man who was absolutely disgustingly rude. I tried to inform him that I had already set up payments on the bounced check that had previously gone through because of fraud on my bank. The man would not even let me finish my sentence. Only to tell me in the end it was his mistake he did not apologise.. again he was very rude. I've done debt collection calls also in my work history and never treated a call as so. I believe this man needs to read about his actions and God-bless his cold heart.

Considering it's a debt collector, I did have a good experience with Anna, she understood that I needed to pay off one specific ticket to get my license(even though I have more). I have seen some bad reviews on here about being double charged so I was nervous. I checked my bank account and she only charged the one and the correct amount. Then she told me what I had to do to get the process sped up to get my license. I give Anna 5 stars. For a debt collector she was very friendly.

This company...! It took them 6 years to find me and not because I was hiding out wearing any smart camouflage. The state of Colorado felt the need to collect taxes I owed from 2013 because of a minor calculation error. So I get stuck with fines because this company took 6 years to locate me. The phone calls were sketchy; they made me feel like it was a total scam. Work on your customer service skills people.

I have no idea what this company is and I don't even care because I got a missed call from an "Antonio" working there in englewood who was looking for someone I didn't know (wrong number). I called back no answer, left a message telling him you have the wrong number and there is no one here by that name. He called me back days later again! And left another message. Now I'm pissed cuz he called me again after I left a message explain he has the wrong number. I called him back and told him to stop calling me and reassure AGAIN he has the wrong number. He continued to yell at me and he extremely disrespectful. Arguing with me that I was wrong. Kept saying "is there anything else that you need?!" Very very rude. If the owner or employer reads this, I highly recommend firing him. He is not a good sales representative at all.

I owed 632.50 for court fees and i paid over 800 dollars. They called the next day and demanded more money after i paid everything they said i owed and i was told by a manager that they would not report my payment to the court until i gave them the extra money, so i paid it. I informed them that what they were doing wasas extortion.They did not report it to the court so i am going to jail for not paying. I have hired a lawyer and i am suing for fraud, usery, and wrongful imprisonment. Austin and the managers there took my money and i have all the wvidence and bank records proving i paid but im going ro jail for not paying any way. If anyone would like to join me in a class action civil rights lawsuit, contact me.
