I would not recommend this agency. We had so several inconveniences. They were not professional. Nobody seemed to know what was going on with our case. Our process took longer because is mistakes that could’ve been avoided. Do not waste your money here. They don’t even deserve one star.

This organization is a scam. They stole $8,000 from us, offering no real help with our deportation issues and merely pretending to assist while taking our money. They only handle the most straightforward paperwork before abandoning you. My husband initially filed for asylum with their help, and they assisted with obtaining his work permit and tax ID—basic tasks that anyone could do, which raised concerns for us.

After our marriage, we sought their guidance on adjusting the process to apply for a spousal visa. Instead of receiving meaningful assistance, we got a letter informing us that a new lawyer had been assigned to our case. However, when I researched this lawyer, I discovered he was a tax attorney, not an immigration lawyer. We never spoke directly with a lawyer despite our repeated calls and messages. Whenever I requested an English-speaking representative, I was directed to someone who couldn’t communicate in English. Even after complaining and asking to speak to a lawyer, I was only connected to another assistant who couldn't speak English.

Our new lawyer, now guiding us through this process, uncovered the organization's negligence. They failed to submit the necessary documents to the courts, and I had to repeatedly explain what needed to be done, as they didn’t understand my instructions in either Spanish or English. This demonstrates their lack of experience with the court system. It took them an unreasonable amount of time to provide us with copies of what they claimed to have submitted. When I finally reviewed the documents, I discovered they hadn’t even filed the G-28 form with the lawyer's information, and the paperwork falsely indicated that they were our representatives when filling out the application.

This organization is preying on immigrants who are unaware of their rights, exploiting their vulnerability and abusing their power instead of providing genuine assistance. We should consider starting a class-action lawsuit against this organization. But we can't do it alone. We need others willing to speak up and join the cause. Together, we can make a difference.

Hey everyone just wanted to get on here and tell who ever is reading this to stay as far away from this company as possible learn from my experience. I was recommended this company by my dad because a friend recommended him to them from church he told my dad very good things about this law firm. And my dad got exited for me to start my process I didn’t really want to start anything at the time main reason was because I have seen many many cases where lawyers take advantage of immigrants so I was scared decided to go ahead and give them a call my parents were very excited for me to start since the guy from church said many good things well the biggest fear I had came TRUE . THEY CALLED ME ONE DAY I TALK TO A LAWYER ASSISTANT NAMED MARIA FERNANDA SHE SEEM LIKE THE NICEST PERSON EVER I FELL FOR IT. I went ahead and told her about my life a little she told me yes you could definitely start your process I told her I’ll talk to my wife about it first they kept texting me everyday very nice until I made the decision with my wife to start I had a felling in my gut about starting but everyone around me said go ahead is a sign from God to start it seems good so I went ahead and started my assistant kept telling me let me know when you have send the money so we can start I did and went ahead and send 1000 dollars she told me the total would be 1500 but didn’t tell me that I was gonna have to pay another 625 for the I-130 witch I was like oh well I’ll pay for it when another lady called me and told me. I asked my assistant Maria if I would apply for the new parole in place that president biden just opened up she told me on Tuesday 2 July 23 that we need to have the I-130 send in by the time the parole in place opens up that was August 19 well I decided to wait and not send in all the information for the I-130 bc I saw many videos and talk to some people about the new parole in place and I felt like I would apply directly. Well the day came I texted her asking how much the parole would cost me on top of the other application didn’t answer me for a 2 days finally August 21 she answer me and said no darwin you won’t apply for that parole in place I said why she said because YOU AND YOUR WIFE DONT HAVE KIDS OR PROPERTIES TOGETHER I found it very very weird because that wasn’t a requirement on the uscis website so I decided contact another lawyer and told me that was completely false. So I contacted her back and said why don’t I apply then she said we just opened the new law at our firm you can apply for it but you will have to go out the country if you do parole in place and not the family petition from your wife which from my understanding the family petition from my wife to me would take around 3-4 years and I will have to go out country to ask for forgiveness but with the parole in place I would be able to have a valid entry and be able to fix my status inside the USA which is what I wanted to do so bad it seem like great opportunity from the current president Biden. At that point I started to believe what she was saying me to was right and I was wrong so I went ahead and called 2 totally different law firms and they all said the same thing THEY SAID THAT WHAT THEY ARE TELLING ME IS TOTALLY FALSE AND THAT THEY ARE PROBABLY WANTING TO PUT ME ON LONGER PROCESS TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME WHICH MAKES LOTS OF SENSE NOW. I called them texted them asking for refund Maria responded to me saying I can’t get my 1000 dollars back because she put the team to work already but I don’t know on what because I never send any paper work for them to work on. I send like 3 messages she won’t answer me at all just reads them and no answer I just want my hard earned money back didn’t want get on here and make big deal but have no other choice. I have seen lots of people saying they got scammed also all they do is have a automated message from a computer when you leave a review you called or text their main line and no answer either. Don’t fall for it guys please they talk a lot about God but don’t show any empathy for peoples needs. Please be careful

I never reached out to this firm and they blow up my phone continuously and never leave a message. MORE THAN ANNOYING, STOP COLD CALLING PEOPLE. RUDE! At least leave a message. Ridiculous.

UPDATE-- I called the numbers listed, and the person on the other end could NOT help me. "no habla inglés." I tried my best to communicate but my spanish is rusty. I'd think if they called me they'd be able to have voice translation-- many companies now have this. Though it seems weird I was called multiple times and am still called multiple times and I cannot get these calls to stop and when I did call back they are not able to communicate with me. I'm sorry my native tongue is English. I did try multiple times to try to communicate. Not sure why they are calling me and why they can't have someone who can do a translate to english to be able to help me. Just please stop calling.
