Never really had problems with them in the past but recently ive been trying to get in contact with someone (anyone) and everytime i call theres no one there and have to sit through their 5 min message before i can leave a voicemail, tried different extensions and same result.

This week they called me to confirm an appointment and they kept changing the time. They asked why I was not being flexible if I'm the one who needs the service. True, I cannot afford a private and expensive lawyer but that does not given them the right to treat people bad.... Like I'm a student and I can't be telling my Professor I'm going to miss an important test the day before... They ask for flexibility but they are not flexible (be nice to people). I was very disappointed and felt bad (it was the lady in charged of scheduling appointments who has a tone of superiority and is not willing to help).

This is one of the best immigration office in the bay area. They listen yo you and they help you with your case right through. Simple questions asked are answered . They make u feel so welcome and a part of the family. Wld Def recommend.
