I got very LUCKY when I contacted Ice Legal to handle my bankruptcy. After conversations with Ariane Ice I became aware that she had a class action a credit resolution company that I had fired! After sending her a lot of information on the company, what they had promised me and what they did not deliver upon, I became part of the Class Action suit and had a separate suit against them myself. Ice Legal won BOTH SUITS!!! I could not be happier with the service they did for me! I recommend the HIGHLY!!!

While going through a very difficult time, my experience with Ariane Ice and Ice legal was truly refreshing. Ariane was attentive, informative and most of all at this time she was understanding and compassionate. Going through the foreclosure process is not a pleasant experience at all. I had consultations at many other firms and actually already had an attorney but after speaking with Ariane I decided to retain her services. On the very first day Ariane accomplished more than my previous attorney did in 6 months. She was highly motivated and for the first time in a long time I felt like I was represented by someone who cared about my situation. That feeling is priceless. Horrible law firm! I highly recommend against using them. They took my money for years when they represented me. Then just before the trial preparation was to begin, they dumped me as a client. When I asked why (since I had paid them thousands of dollars), I was told, and I quote “We do not need to tell you why we are cutting ties with you as a client.” I still don’t know why, after they took a lot of money. I was told by another firm which later represented me that they were known for this...take your money, and run so they wouldn’t have to prepare for a trial. They were completely unprofessional, and not even very nice. I could tell the associates and staff were miserable whenever I spoke to them. Shame on you Ice Legal!
