Inconsiderate Disrespectful I don’t understand how people are so rude for doing there job I mean u sitting down all day how are u always in a bitter mood horrific I can’t work stating from my doctor and I payed my taxes for 6 years straight yearly and I can’t get snap that’s absolutely ridiculous claim I don’t have my information straight lie they not turning my paper work in to the social worker it’s not y’all it’s them

I would love to give them 5 stars but I have been calling and calling for weeks now about our medical case 2 kids have it 3 of us were cut off.... Did the renewal for all and here we are.. can't reach a soul for help. They do what they can I understand they are busy I totally do. But sheesh come-on 300 a month for meds is hard with limited income.just asking for answers.

The people I encountered, in the office, were wonderful. We have been waiting for our little girl for the last two weeks, with nothing but broken promises, after doing all we were told to do, and despite being approved! It seems there is some confusion, and miscommunication! We want our baby!

The only reason I'm giving 1star is because of the wait for someone to pick up the phone! It took 15 minutes before anyone would answer. When I went inside there was no wait and ppl seemed friendly. Please come up with a quicker more effective solution to the phone issue!!

I would like to my caseworker didn’t do what I felt like she did! Whitney approve me for extra amount of dollars on snap benefits due to me transition from another state! I gave the address we’re I was temporarily staying yet never received my card! I called back to get an update about my card and repeatedly gave the clerk my information she claimed and proceeded to tell me to give my mail an extra 7 days since we had bad weather and that it may take some time! Long story short here it March I still haven’t gotten anything I call in yesterday reported the clerk gone say I will have to re-file why should I. I’m very disappointed because y’all miskeyed my information from the start. This was so unprofessional did.

It's never busy, your in and out in no time at all, nurses, doctors and receptionist are all very welcoming, and helpful. Before I moved back here I made the 45 minute drive from Benton anytime I had to deal with DHS related stuff. Totally worth it.
