I do not and would not recommend this place. If I could give no stars, I would do that!

I bought many vehicles over the years and this was the first time I needed the exact vehicle I was buying, already insured, before they would do the transfer. Every other vehicle purchase in the past, as long as you have an existing policy, you are good. Since insurance companies have a grace period (10 days, 15 days, ect...) for adding the new vehicle to an existing policy.
This place refused to do the transfer until I stood there and added the exact vehicle to my policy. That is insane and I have since confirmed with 3 sources, what they did was wrong!

Don't use FedEx here!!! If something goes wrong they will keep your money!!! They refused to refund a late delivery they say it's not their problem! But it is! They have a contract with FedEx. After working with FedEx I found out they were credited the full amount so they kept my money and also took the money from FedEx! They also refused to respond to the PA Attorney General!! It's off to a magistrate to file a claim against them in small claims court! Also look into who owns the place you might be surprised. I'm not going to say who or what they did but it's not good! Google is your friend. Very shady operation here! Don't trust them they are thieves! To add insult to injury I just found out they were refunded by FedEx so they were double paid, they made $210.00 off a $110.00 package and kept both mine and FedEx's money, this company is run by Thief's!!!!

Held onto my title for 7 days before mailing it to Penn Dot. Very slow while charging top dollar. Was quite friendly though and pleasant. Diane Campbell is cheaper and faster though.

Very slow service. Although friendly and somewhat fair, he held onto our title for quite a long time before before even getting it to us; I would recommend looking at other notary services first for other newcomers to the area like myself.
