We miss Carmen she was our technician for 5 years she was extremely good at her job and were sad to see her go. She kept everything in order now were already seeing the ramifications of her being gone. Thing are Seeming like they are disorganized now the 2 months she has been gone I can only hope this is temporary. Giana has been extremely helpful but she is in a different department hopefully they can get the glitches and resume normal processing because they are bottlenecked at the moment I'm still waiting on an application I placed on 12/2/23
