Me and my wife also worked with Shauna as well at the end, and it was great to complete and close, and have our Trust. I think it was Shauna, not sure though. Jonathan Huber, who I first reached out to in 2006, put together a few important portfolios for me up to and including my Estate Planning, my Last Will and Testament, and Pre-Marital Agreement, etc... Hands-down, BEST investment ever! Jonathan and I reconnected as of recent, 2024, to update some of my portfolios. BEWARE. If you are grief stricken(lost both my parents inside of 3 weeks), busy being a parent of small children, a business owner and have a busy schedule, this firm is NOT for you. The paperwork is heavy in this process no matter what firm you select(factual). The amount of redundancy THIS FIRM makes you do fill out is over the top. They could adopt software that auto populates all the same information over and over again, but nope, they send you editable PDFs(most are editable, some aren't even editable and have to be printed and hand filled out, then scanned back to them). They also use an document repository called drop box, they send some stuff through email and some stuff through drop box and then make you feel like the idiot when you can't find something.

Despite the repeat information I was required to fill out, I made it happen, then they decided to fire me. After all the work was done. Got a notification in the mail a week ago. Right at Christmas. They have wasted about a month of my time in what happens to be an extremely long process I now have to start from scratch on.

My mom died 3 weeks after my dad of a heart attack so I'm experiencing the loss of both of my parents and this is how they dismiss their customers if they show any level of dissatisfaction, which wasn't much by the way.

Huber Fox is dry, rude, heartless and aloof. I had referred two families to him who I knew had just had deaths as well.
