Mr. Jason Hood helped me obtain a very desirable outcome in a case that was really old and I have moved on and changed my life. So when this came back up and threatened to disrupt the progress I have made I contacted the firm. Compared to other attorneys in the area the fee was very reasonable. They helped negotiate the absolute best outcome one could hope for. Also his paralegal Tonya and the front desk was very responsive in emails and relaying phone calls. If you are in the Gordon county area and need a defense attorney I would call them.

Completely unhelpful. I gave them all the information they asked for and I couldn’t get calls back or even emails. I went up there personally and was told they had to speak to “specialists” to get advice. They never got back to me and my case was closed before it even got to court. I do not recommend using this firm if you want results.

I had a felony and six misdemeanors put on me all at once. I was told I had to pay all money up front after months of not knowing from the attorney. After he found out many things even I didn’t even know about the lady who lived with me. Luckily I had an iCloud which helped also cause the detective took my phone. Long story short i got a deal to plea guilty to a minor misdemeanor. I was cleared after 6 months.

I've have a divorce pending with this law firm going on 3 years now, they don't reach out and contact until you get irate with them then they don't do what they say they're going to do, I just want my divorce finalized and they can't even do that and everything on my end is done. Very unprofessional and incompetent group of people. Do what you're paid to do!

Do NOT hire Jeffery Hood. He and his assistant lack professionalism. They cancel appointments with hardly no notice. The assistant is especially rude and will not explain things expected us to know answers to questions that we didn’t understand. Don’t waste your time unless you want to be disrespected and talked mean to

Terrible experience. Would never use them for an accident. The lawyer’s assistant is rude. Awful phone etiquette on her part. Rude when we went by. Acted like we was a bother. The lawyer Jeffery is always busy and can’t talk to my daughter. The assistant talked down to her made her feel dumb. Don’t use them for a car accident. Our other friend had the same problem. If he had better Secretaries then he might get more business.
