I been going there for specific reasons for 15 years and it’s so unfortunate people don’t care anymore besides themselves receptions never answer the phone and the communication is horrible I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there anymore they truly not longer care and the service now is not what it was before clearly the attorney Maribel and the receptionist don’t care if I had lost my job do to my documents not arriving on time cause according to them there was no money however the money was there the whole time the receptionist no disrespect worthless phone would ring ring ring no answer left voicemails never called back so I’m personal option if you don’t want to do the job then find something else that’s what you are there for to help the community please reconsider going to Holly cross for any immigration help cause you won’t get it at all

Great services! My case worker, Carmen Cardenas, made the process so easy to follow. Though it takes a while to go through the whole process (about a month), they let you know what to expect and they answer any and all of your questions.

The organization staff is very unprofessional. I got a hostility vibe from the get go. I don't know if its because of the color of my skin. I was told to wait outside the door and I was served in the corridor. Other clients who came after me were let into the office while I had to wait outside like I am some kind of an animal. Pretty sad for somebody looking for help. I would not recommend anybody looking like me to seek help from this organization. I give them a review of 0.1 on a scale of 5.
