When I arrived at around 2:40-2:45, the doors were locked and there was no one there. Please update your website if you are no longer closing at 3 p.m. I was bummed that I rushed from work only to waste time and gas driving across town.

This place is ... ? I have come here 2 days in a row before their alleged closing time after calling in advance to confirm the closing time to no avail both times more than me were here waiting outside calling & checking the door to get the paperwork we need for job's that require their services, Completely unacceptable behavior, and service!!! I Do not recommend If any other option is available for your fingerprinting needs!

Got my Birthday wrong twice, even when I told them. Had to go back and still had Birthday wrong! Have to go back a third time because machine was not there said it would be back at 2:00. Still waiting no call yet!
