Jonathan Nash was the worst lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional!!! Never returns emails or updates with what was going on with my case. Dropped the ball. Unexpected billing at the end of everything then offered money back then never replies to my email after. Staff was not knowledgeable or helpful with anything. I highly discourage anyone from using his services.

Andrew Lilywhite has been phenomenal with creating and explaining Trusts and estate plans. Highly recommend.
Daniel Kent goes the extra mile as a personal injury attorney and makes sure to discuss and review all your options. Very knowledgeable; another great recommendation.

Getting divorced was the worst thing that has ever happened to me. When I decided I finally needed to get a lawyer, I was super anxious and sad. A friend recommended Mr. Hansen to me and it was seriously the best choice I could have made.

He was super patient with me while I was struggling with the ex, and he always knew just what to say to help me feel calm. His confidence was very reassuring, but he also never overpromised anything. Everything played out exactly as he said it would.

I’ll be forever grateful for Christian and for the help he provided me during a dark time in my life.

I'm the legally appointed personal representative of my dear mother's estate. RIP Mom <3 I retained this firm in late December, 2019, after learning my dear mother had died. I was my mother's legal POA, medical POA, best friend and caregiver before estranged family interfered in Maryland and took my very sick mother to Utah, under the cover of lies, where she'd never lived. She had documented Alzheimer's dementia and was already in a safe memory care center in Maryland. I spoke with a lawyer at this firm telling her the whole truth. I paid the required retainer. Then I emailed important information she'd requested. I didn't hear back for one week, then two weeks; so I called asking why I hadn't heard from anyone. I should've found new counsel after the firm's IT department got involved saying all my emails were "cached in their firm's server". The lawyer didn't receive any of them; but she never reached out to me inquiring about the documents. A short time later, after the first court hearing, I asked the lawyer why she had not listened to an important voice recording I sent her. She said she couldn't open it. There was no reason given, only pushback about me questioning her. Then, when I questioned why needed subpoenas hadn't been prepared or sent, I was told the lawyer was "on vacation". Then, in April 2020 I was FIRED and thrown to the legal wolves. I was put on a merry-go-round of local lawyers, telling my story over and over with not one firm wanting to step up and help me. I finally retained another Logan law firm; but I never received important Delaware State Police records that were supposed to have been subpoenaed by this firm, which then caused my dear mother's probate matter & my legal position to be adversely affected. My mother's legacy and her legally-prepared last wishes were dishonored and disrespected on October 21, 2020 by Thomas L. Willmore, an already retired judge who gave all my mother's estate funds to those who were disinherited-by-name in her uncontested will. It was a true Kangaroo Court. When this firm unceremoniously terminated me as a client I was told "we discounted our fees", for their uncompleted work. I didn't need discounted fees. I'd already paid a retainer. What I needed was important legal work completed. A licensed lawyer was required to protect my mother's legacy and my legal interests in my mother's uncontested will. That's why I hired this firm, to protect her legacy & my legal interests. My mother suffered in godforsaken Logan, Utah after being improperly taken there by estranged, disinherited offspring. All her estate funds were hijacked under joint tenancy while she was left to suffer isolation and neglect at Legacy House of Logan. This firm did subpoena records from Legacy House of Logan which reflected isolation, injuries and neglect - so they knew my mother suffered. I myself recently obtained a 2018 Logan City police report reflecting facility staff dissuaded law enforcement from making contact with my sick mother, under my valid welfare check, which contributed to financial theft & physical suffering. An absolute travesty of inhumanity and injustice occurred in Logan, Utah, both before and after my mother died. I was left without legal counsel by this law firm during the probate matter when I was up against a lying partner in a local firm (who has since retired to chase NFT's and Crypto), and three "interested parties": disinherited-by-name, estranged-for-decades offspring who'd hijacked and absconded with my mother, along with her estate funds, after she was sick with Alzheimer's dementia. Ultimately I was forced to retain highly competent counsel at Parr Brown Gee & Loveless in Salt Lake City to take back what had been improperly given away at First District Court by an already retired, angry & forgetful, judge who dishonored & disrespected my mother's legally prepared legacy, her uncontested will and me, her loving daughter and sole heir. RIP Mom <3 You deserved so much better. Signed, C. Bird, Loving Daughter & P.R. Estate of J.G. Pratt

Extremely disappointed with how my family was dealt with not so much by the firm itself, but an individual lawyer. I called around the valley and found this firm. They seemed like we would be taken care of and that our expectations would be met. Instead, the primary reason we hired them was never accomplished. We also went two to three weeks without any kind of report on how things were progressing. When we called after no update, we were given the runaround until we spoke with our lawyers superior. Then we started having things move along...for a period. Then there were no updates again. When all was said, and done, we felt that we were taken advantage of, or at a minimum not dealt with in a fair manner. When you're paying over $100+/hr. you would expect to get a report or update on how things are progressing. I am sure that Paul Gosnell knows his stuff, however, for my family, he did not perform his duties to a manner that we felt even remotely close to satisfied. Our case went from something that could have been accomplished in very short order and instead, we had to make decisions that ultimately left us far less than satisfied and feeling like we could have done more, been more effective, and saved money had we done it all on our own or chosen another firm and lawyer.

I know that there are two groups of people who leave reviews...those who cannot speak highly enough about a brand/company/person, and those who feel they were dealt with in a fashion far from businesslike. This time around, we certainly fit into the second group.

I've worked with these attorneys both as opposing counsel and as a Mediator. They are professional and dedicated to helping their clients. I often recommend them for clients who need services I can't offer because I know they'll be well taken care of.

Herm Olsen and his Paralegal Marie were extremely helpful and informative throughout the process of injury claims after my wife was hit by a car. They advised us on several matters that would yield the best results and save us money. I would highly recommend them if you've been involved in an accident!
