I highly recommend Suzanne! She was incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain everything we needed for our power of attorney and other family documents. She was attentive to our specific situation and made sure we had everything we needed. I would not recommend Suzanne and Henrickson Law Group. I hired Suzanne on my case and initially everything was fine, as time passed on, the communication got less and less and every time I reached out, she had a new assistant who I had to go back over things with to catch them up. In the 4 years I was dealing with her, she had 3 different legal assistants which should definitely be a red flag. The final straw was I found out in December she went to a hearing on my case in April and NEVER communicated with me about it. So in December when I found out and questioned Suzanne, she was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I immediately terminated her services with that experience and hired another lawyer in the area who was able to successfully resolve my case. I would steer clear unless you want to throw money and time out the window.

First of all Suzanne will tell you that all of these bad reviews are from people who she was up against in court. Because she’s just that good. But they are not. And she is not. I am willing to bet most of the good reviews are from family and friends of hers. I am a former Coustmer. Suzanne is the worst possible lawyer you can hire. She is very childish and unprofessional. I payed thousands of dollars for her to try to “fire” me at the very end of my case. She threw a temper tantrum in our mediation via zoom. I was noting but polite. She was so mad because I made a deal with the mother of my child for our visitation agreement. She didn’t like that I was trying to expedite the process. She charged me for every phone call I had with her. I’d ask a very simple question and she would give me a 20 min answer in order to use up all the money in my account. Please stay away.

I've spent the past year working with Suzanne to resolve my child custody legal issue. She is thorough and an excellent communicator. I only spoke with Suzanne for an hour or so but in that time I could tell she is a person that cares about the truth and ethics. She seems like the attorney that will fight for her client if she believes that are in the right. She understands the legal and political landscape of Paulding and Cobb counties.
